Family day July 10, 2007

Filed under: Events — ponnie @ 1:09 am

Hellooo people and welcome to the new blog. Today I’m finally gonna blog about…family day! Happy or not happy or not?

*silence*

Okay. Erm. Family day. Let’s see, Family Day started at 8am, and by 8.05am or so I was already there. Yeah I know, early, but I wanted to spend more time with Jia-Wen see. Every minute I get to see him is precious. *basks in sweet dreams*

Yeah. So we agreed to meet at Taman Gemilang, but I couldn’t see him! *sob* So naturally, I called him-lah. When I called, he said, “Turn around.” So I turned, and there he was!! :D

He brought me to my old class, 5 Theta, and surprised me with…

A bouquet of roses (and other assorted flowers!!)!! Nice nice? Omg I was so touched I could’ve cried. And I did. Into him.

We later walked around, with me carrying the bouquet of roses. Jia-Wen later suggested I leave the roses in his class together with Justin’s one *cough* so that I don’t need to carry it around the whole day. So I did, and some of his classmates were there making drinks. :D

We walked around, and later I felt quite thirsty so we went back to his class to buy a drink lol. He pula got hungry, so we went walking around hunting for food. There were so many stalls selling food we (well, him) were spoilt for choice! Finally he settled for spaghetti from this stall…er Kenny’s class.

My boyfriend. :) *sighs dreamily*

Awhile later, Sandy called! So we met up and walked around. Sorry I wasn’t much of a host to you Sandy. T_T

The lesbians.

The boyfriends.

I can’t even count how many people we met that day!! It was like a whole slew of old friends, coming and going, and the conversation was kept pretty short like,” Hey!! You’re here! Eh watcha doing now ar? How are you? Ok ok, see you around, byeee!”

Yeah, it was something like that. But it was fun being able to see old classmates, schoolmates and teachers again!

Jia-Wen and Jin Kit ^^ (thanks Wai Jean :P)

Awhile later Sandy had to go, and at the same time Shereen, Pei Yi and Grace arrived! But first, Jia-Wen and I went to play the fish-catching game. *evil laugh* Well, only I played.

I wanted to catch the fish with my own hands as it was RM1 cheaper than using the net, but what the heck. Use net only-lah.

Can I say something mean? I don’t know how that stall works, but it’s supposed to be you catching a certain amount of fish within a time limit. I got 16 fish within 30 seconds. Not only that, I have to get all 16 AT ONE GO. How can this be you tell me??? The person playing before me took so damn long to catch his fish, and he was only taking 1 fish per go. Bias or not you tell me??? Okay so maybe his was 1 fish within <insert number of seconds>. But how could it be so long? It was almost like more than 5 minutes! I waited for him to finish until my armpit hair grew already-lah. =.=

(Btw that was just a joke my armpit hair don’t grow that fast okay. Check out the picture. Smooooth.)

After that pissifying game we went to look for Shereen and Pei Yi. Found them gluttoning on chocolate coated marshmallows and strawberries. Yum! I ate that too. Nice sial.

Shereen and Pei Yi.

Awhile later Jia-Wen went to “take care” of his game stall (which is called the Dark Room for obvious reasons) and the three of us went to eat, eat and eat!!

I just wished I ate more. :(

When it got too hot and we got tired, we sat down at the hall. There were some activities there…like requesting the teacher to sing a song. It…didn’t get much response. Poor things. Encik Awang did most of the singing though. From teachers only, some brave audience went up to sing. o.o

En. Awang and some girl who sang.

Some picture taking was obviously needed!

Pei Yi and I.

Shereen and I.

After awhile they had some opening ceremony of some sort, with all the PIBG people coming in accompanied with the kompang, the usual. There were performances also, same old breakdancing. o.O

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting bored of seeing people breakdance and shuffle.

So we walked here, walked there, although there were quite a lot of stalls, we didn’t exactly know where to go. We wanted to go to the haunted house, but there were too many people plus the line wasn’t moving. I thought of trying out the game where you throw a bucket of water/water balloon at some people, but I suck at throwing and I’d only embarrass myself. Same goes for the dunking machine thing.

I know I drank quite a lot.

After Shereen went back I suggested we go to Jia-Wen’s class to cool off since there isn’t anybody there, and also to check on my roses.

Guess what?

My roses weren’t there!! They fucking disappeared! Somebody took them!! I swore that if I saw some girl holding them I’d readily slap her there and then!! I was damn angry and also disappointed. I mean, why roses? Can’t you see they belonged to somebody? I know it was kind of my fault too that I left them in the class for safekeeping, but still!

Jia-Wen and I walked around school to find i, hoping that maybe we could see someone holding it. Nil. Somehow, we walked by the Art class, and SOMEHOW, the roses were there. The both of us were so dang relieved we were hugging and laughing and shouting.

And then.

These few groups of SMALL, THIN, FRAIL, Mboys were peeping at us and laughing at us. Probably they were the ones who took the roses, I don’t know, but I so wish I could wrap my fingers around their grubby necks.

Somehow Elaine and Grace came later. o.O We chatted so much it was fun! Of course we took some pictures too. :)

Grace, Poh Nee and Elaine.

Elaine and I. Wow my skin looks smooth here.

Grace and I. My skin looks oily here.

When I went home, my mum insisted she took a picture of me holding the bouquet of flowers. =.=

Btw quite a lot of people said I lost weight. Did I really? Well, when I went home I checked my weight was 38kg. Previously it was 40kg. But I feel that I don’t look much different. o.o

Thanks for the lovely flowers Jia-Wen. I heart them a lot! :D

p.s. Can you believe I forgot to take a picture with Jia-Wen on that day?!?!? I went home and nearly cried when I looked through my camera and found no pictures of my boyfriend and I. T___T
